I am clearing out pictures from my phone and realized that I had quite a few very dirty hvac filters over the last two years.  These are from great tenants that moved out and left the house in good condition...

I wanted you to see these to see what you are breathing if you let the filters go more than 4 months.  Plus I had to take a service call off their deposit.  In one case the compressor had to be taken out and cleaned which cost around $400.

I have plenty of filters and can get more if you need some, thanks!
